The RealRyder ABF8 is unlike any other bike because it moves with you, utilizing more muscle groups, burning more calories, and giving you a more authentic cycling experience than any stationary bike can. No experience necessary! Join us for a 45-minute fast-paced class that captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, including the authentic feel of pulling a blade through water. If you think rowing is strictly an upper-body sport, think again. This is a full-body workout and one of the most effective calorie-burners out there. Come try a unique and intense no-impact, full-body workout that almost anyone can do.

A one hour program created specifically for Crowbar Cardio by professional dancer and fitness instructor Vlada Gorbaneva, The Barre at Crowbar is a high energy/low impact, total body workout that combines dance and fitness moves with fun, upbeat music. The combination of barre exercises with the use of gliding discs and resistance band training enables you to burn fat, tone muscle, and increase flexibility while having fun at the same time. No previous dance experience required. This innovative class will help you burn calories while sculpting a lean, strong body. Please bring a yoga mat with you for Barre.
A 55-minute class comprised of 25 minutes on the RealRyder bikes and 25 minutes on the IndoRow machines, followed by 5 minutes of cool-down and stretching. A great training tool for any athlete or weekend warrior looking for some cross-training.

A 45-minute boot-camp workout anchored by the IndoRow machine. Students will work at his or her own level, rotating between stations focusing on arms, core, and legs, with the cardio station on the rowers. Other equipment used will include BOSU Balls, Kettlebells, bands, gliding discs, and partner work with Dynamax medicine balls.
This class is Tidal Wave, condensed to about 30 minutes, and put under heavy pressure. Expect lots of yelling, racing, competing, and pushing to the max. In a shorter amount of time the students will get a workout that is as hard, if not harder, than Tidal Wave. The format is station-centered using the same equipment as Tidal Wave, but instead of competing at their own pace against themselves, students are divided into teams and pushed to work at max capacity. No one will leave this class wishing it were longer.
A one hour and fifteen minute mash-up of RealRyder, Indo-Row and The Barre that creates a full-body workout like no other. You will flex and stretch supporting and opposing muscle groups giving you a well-rounded cardio challenge. So come on, men, this is your chance to see just how hard The Barre class is. There’s nothing girly about this one.

Yoga at Crowbar is a therapeutic way to get your workout in. Challenge your body to wake up as you challenge your brain to quiet down. Let go of emotional tension as you push your muscles. Work at your own pace and leave class with new energy. Class is generally taught as power flow but is carefully tailored to the level of the class and individual adjustments are offered so everyone can be challenged during this one hour or 75 minute class. Sunday class and 8 spaces in Thursday class are Community Yoga. Spaces are donation-based. We ask for a minimum of $5 and appreciate a donation of $10-15. Cash or check only. Unlimited members reserve normally and class package members who reserve a spot will have a class deducted as usual. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.
Like to row or cycle on your own? Sign up for an Open Row or Open Road session. For an hour, we'll open up the doors to the cycle and row studios and put on some music (or bring your own) and you can work at your own pace. To participate you must have taken a prior RealRyder or Indo-Row class at Crowbar. Free for Monthly Unlimited members.
